In 2025, Winking Studios continued to respond to environmental and social issues through concrete actions, integrating sustainability into internal operations, public welfare initiatives, and environmentally friendly practices, while gradually building an operating model that balances responsibility with long-term value.
Advancing Internal Green Transformation and Strengthening Environmental Management
This year, Winking Studios focused on internal operations by continuously optimizing office energy management, gradually upgrading to energy-efficient equipment, and improving electricity efficiency. Through internal policies and awareness initiatives, employees were encouraged to pay closer attention to energy usage in their daily work, making energy conservation and carbon reduction part of our operational management.
In addition, we marked Earth Day by organizing interactive sustainability activities within the company. Through gamified challenge cards, employees were guided to better understand environmental issues through hands-on participation, strengthening awareness and engagement with sustainability topics.
Winking Studios also took part in multiple international environmental initiatives, including Earth Hour and Arbor Day activities. Through actions such as turning off lights and participating in tree-planting efforts, we joined global environmental protection movements.
Actively Engaging in Public Welfare and Addressing Social Needs
From a social engagement perspective, Winking Studios continued to respond to societal needs through tangible actions. This year marked our second collaboration with the Taipei Blood Center, hosting an on-site blood donation event that encouraged employees and members of the public to roll up their sleeves and donate blood, providing critical support to the medical system.
Beyond charitable activities, Winking Studios also emphasized experiential participation to deepen employees’ understanding of sustainability. This year, employees were invited to visit the organic tea garden adopted by the company, where they gained firsthand insight into natural ecosystems, eco-friendly farming practices, and sustainable agriculture. Through direct experience and interaction, sustainability values were internalized and integrated into daily work.
Promoting Resource Circulation and Practicing Circular Economy Principles
In 2025, Winking Studios hosted its first second-hand eco market, encouraging employees to share items that still held value, extending product life cycles and reducing unnecessary waste.
Fifty percent of the proceeds from the market were donated to Eden Social Welfare Foundation’s “Circle of Hope” program, supporting educational resources for underprivileged children. Unsold items were donated to organizations in need, allowing resource circulation and social contribution to take place simultaneously. Through these efforts, we aim to transform circular economy concepts into actions that can be widely participated in and replicated.
Adopting an Organic Tea Garden: A Long-Term Commitment to Sustainable Agriculture
As part of our long-term environmental strategy, Winking Studios launched an organic tea garden adoption program this year, supporting eco-friendly farming practices free from chemical pesticides, while prioritizing soil and water conservation, ecological balance, and land health.
Located upstream in a protected water source area, the tea garden utilizes natural farming methods and ground cover to reduce soil erosion and environmental impact, ensuring long-term agricultural and ecological sustainability. This initiative reflects Winking Studios’ commitment to long-term collaboration with farmers rather than short-term engagement.
For us, sustainable agriculture is not only an environmental issue, but also a responsibility to future generations. Through the adoption of the tea garden, we seek to foster a more enduring and balanced relationship between people and the land, allowing sustainability values to grow over time.

Looking back on 2025, Winking Studios continued to address sustainability challenges through concrete actions across environmental protection, social engagement, and internal governance. Moving forward, we will further strengthen our sustainability strategies, integrate responsibility into business decision-making, and work together with employees, partners, and society to achieve long-term growth that balances development with responsibility.
