The garden employs natural farming methods, without chemical fertilizers or pesticides, allowing the soil and ecosystem to maintain their natural cycles. This not only protects precious water resources but also preserves the rich biodiversity of the surrounding mountains and forests.

The garden is located upstream of the Feitsui Reservoir, a key water source for six million people. By supporting organic farming and eco-friendly land management, we ensure soil and water conservation, guaranteeing clean water for urban communities over the long term.

Through contract farming, we stabilize farmers’ income and accompany local tea growers on a challenging yet purposeful organic path, making eco-friendly cultivation a sustainable practice rather than a luxury.

Organic farming without chemical fertilizers and pesticides requires patience and time, but it revitalizes the soil, allowing insects, birds, and plants to rebalance and coexist, letting the land truly “breathe” again.
