General Manager of Art Outsourcing Segment

Ms. Tina Li is the General Manager of the Art Outsourcing Segment. She joined the Group in December 2003 as an art designer before rising through the ranks to her current position. She became an employee of Shanghai Winking upon its incorporation in January 2004 before being promoted to the role of General Manager of Shanghai Winking Nanjing Branch, a position which she held from 2004 to 2010. From 2010 till present, she has been the General Manager of Nanjing Winking.

Ms. Li began her career in Nanjing Solitary Advertising Design Co., Ltd as a graphic designer from 2000 to 2001, before joining Xiamen Xin Rui Shi Multimedia Co., Ltd (Nanjing Office) as an art designer from 2001 to 2003.

Ms. Li obtained a Master’s degree in Software Engineering from Shanghai Fudan University in 2011.

Mr. Claude Bordeleau serves as Chief Revenue Officer at Winking Studios, where he leads the company’s global growth strategy, client partnerships, and business development initiatives across North America, Europe, and Asia.

With two decades of experience in the video game industry, Mr. Bordeleau is widely recognized for building and scaling creative service businesses. He founded VOLTA in 2006 and grew it into one of the industry’s leading concept art and external development studios, trusted by many of the world’s top game publishers and developers. Following the company’s acquisition, Mr. Bordeleau went on to hold senior leadership roles at Keywords Studios, overseeing international teams and helping expand large-scale partnerships with AAA clients worldwide.

Throughout his career, Mr. Bordeleau has worked closely with some of the industry’s most respected companies, including Ubisoft, Electronic Arts, Activision, Sony, Microsoft, and many others. Drawing on this extensive background, he is focused on strengthening the Group’s international presence and delivering world-class art, engineering, and game development services that empower clients to build ambitious, sustainable projects.

Mr. Bordeleau obtained a Master’s degree in Business Administration from the Desautels Faculty of Management, McGill University, in 2019.
